Nikolaos Roussos is a specialist periodontist-implantologist working exclusively in periodontology, implantology, and jawbone regeneration.
He graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki School of Dentistry in 2006. He worked as a general dentist in Patras from 2008 to 2011, when he began specializing in periodontology at the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In 2014, he successfully completed his clinical specialization in Periodontology-Implantology after being examined by an external evaluator, Prof. Niklaus Lang.
From 2014 to 2016, he worked at a dental clinic in Cologne, Germany, exclusively as a periodontist -implantologist, while also performing numerous implant placement and bone regeneration procedures under local or general anesthesia.
Returning to Athens in 2016, he was involved in the department of Periodontology of the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens for two years as a visiting associate. He took over the perio-implant department at private dental clinics in Athens, and since 2021 he is maintaining a private practice together with Andreas Parashis.
He is a member of the Hellenic Periodontal Society, has presented papers at conferences, and has published articles in prestigious scientific journals.
